GETTING STARTEDCOMPANY UPDATEHOW IT WORKSADDING YOUR COMPANY OR REGISTERING FOR A D&B D-U-N-S NUMBERTo view your report, you will need to submit your business information.1. From your Dashboard, click Click Here.2. Search for your company by choosing either SEARCH D&B or CONNECT to QuickBooks.NOTE: If you can’t find your company, you can add your company by registering for a D-U-N-SNumber. You will need to fill out a Business Registration form. It may take up to 5 business days toreceive your D-U-N-S Number.RESETTING YOUR PASSWORDOTHER FEATURESD&B SCORES1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot Your Password?42. Enter your email address and click CONTINUE. A new temporary password will be sent toyour email.3. Log in to your account using the temporary password.4. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to update your password.NOTE: Your password must be at least six characters. In the Account Settings section, you can update your personal information and manage your paymentmethods. You can also change your password, add payment methods, and view your purchase history.1. CONNECT TO QuickBooks: Search for the company you would like to add as a TradeReference and click ADD TRADE REFERENCE. Click on the correct company from thesearch results list and click SUBMIT.3. GETTING STARTEDD&B PAYDEX SCOREThe D&B PAYDEX Score is a dollar-weighted index. It measures the timeliness of your company’shistorical payments to vendors based on the total number of payment experiences in your D&Bcredit file.NOTE: You need to have at least three payment experiences, verified by Dun & Bradstreet, from atHOW IT WORKSCOMPANY UPDATEleast two different vendors, to establish a PAYDEX Score. For more information on how to help ensureyour payments are reflected in your D&B credit file, see the Trade References section on page 10.D&B DELINQUENCY PREDICTOR SCOREThe D&B Delinquency Predictor Score (formerly the Commercial Credit Score) is a predictive indicatorOTHER FEATURESD&B SCORESof the likelihood your company will pay in a severely delinquent manner (91 days or more past18payment terms). It also provides a predictive indication of the likelihood your company will obtainlegal relief from creditors, or cease operations without paying all creditors in full over the next 12months. The Delinquency Predictor Score is calculated using a statistically valid model derived fromD&B’s extensive data files.
The D&B Financial Stress Score is a predictive indicator of the likelihood your company may experiencefinancial stress over the next 12 months. Financial stress may include ceasing operations withoutpaying all creditors in full, obtaining relief from creditors under state or federal law, or undergoingreorganization.
